Responsibilities & Duties:
• To contribute to the development of the HR strategy in the respective Region´s donation centers and play a key role in implementation and delivery through effective partnerships with Divisional Management or General Managers.
• Facilitate implementation/change process related to re-design and organizational changes, to suit business needs ensuring HR processes are followed (meeting requirements) and understood.
• Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
• Resolve issues and address employees’ grievances
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
• Support the implementation of HR policy and provide guidance around it.
• Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning as necessary
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals as well as evaluating training programs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management or HR
- Preference also for post graduate studies in HR.
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of related experience as HR Generalist or Junior HRBP. Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
- MS Office knowledge
- SAP experience is a plus
