We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) & Talent Acquisition Manager who will drive both people strategy and talent acquisition. This is a dual-role position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, balancing long-term HR strategy with immediate hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Partner with leadership to define hiring needs across functions and build workforce plans.
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Develop sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and campus hiring.
Build Miraggio’s employer brand to attract top talent in fashion, retail, and lifestyle.
HR Business Partnering
Act as a strategic partner to function heads (Design, Product, Marketing, Sales, Retail, Operations, etc.).
Drive performance review cycles, goal-setting, and capability-building programs.
Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.
Advise managers on employee relations, engagement, and retention.
Employee Experience & Engagement
Champion Miraggio’s culture and values; create initiatives to build employee belonging.
Implement engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and strong integration of new hires.
HR Operations & Compliance
Partner with HR Ops for seamless execution of payroll, compliance, and policies.
Review and update HR policies to align with business needs and labor laws.
Key Skills & Qualifications
5 - 8 years of experience in HR roles with strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnering.
Proven track record in recruiting for fashion/retail/e-commerce sectors preferred.
Strong understanding of HR processes: performance management, employee engagement, talent planning.
Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
