Business Partner
1. Understand business goals and recommend new approaches to effect continual improvements in business objectives and productivity within the unit
2. Assist the HR head in aligning business objectives with centralized HR strategy by providing data on the local needs and issues.
4. Act as a custodian for various HR metrics like attrition analysis, productivity trends, performance metrics etc.
5. Assist and counsel business on Policies and benefit administration related agenda.
Performance Management
1. Work with the department heads in executing the PACT cycle.
2. Monitor the effective completion of the PACT cycle at the location
3. Train and coach the managers on effective implementation of Performance culture.
4. Sensitize and Assist the department heads in creating the development plans and help them maximizing the performance of their team.
5. Conduct goal audits and process adherence audits.
6. Consult and assist the line managers for Individualized compensation exercise based on the performance ratings.
7. Drive PIP process and related exits.
Talent Management and L&D
1. Drive the implementation of processes Talent management process , 360 Assessments by providing resources and logistic support to complete the targeted coverage.
2. Assist in organizing the IDP discussions by providing all the logistic support.
3. Coach and guide the line managers have effective career discussions with the employees.
4. Create a plan for job rotations and execute the same in the unit in consultation with Business Head
5. Aid the business heads and HR head in identification of critical positions and succession.
Employee Engagement
1. Drive and assist the corporate team in running the employee perception survey.
2. Co-ordinate for completion of action plans at the functional head level and provide the requisite support to the HR head whenever needed.
3. Drive the implementation of corporate engagement initiatives.
4. Assess the local engagement needs and plan & execute the same in consultation with the HR Head
5. Plan & execute communication workshops, town halls etc. in respective BU
6. Plan and Drive employee connect plan for respective BU employees.
Manpower planning & Talent Acquisition
1. Collate the manpower requirements for the year across different functions based on the inputs given by BU Head and provide the same to the corporate team.
2. Participate in hiring process as a customer and give feedback as and when required.
3. Be a part of offer negotiation along with the TA team.
4. Execute on boarding for new hires and senior level employees.
MBA - HR / PG- HR with 5 to 9 plus years of post qualification experience in manufacturing company and a stable career graph is a must
