The HRBP carries mostly strategic and some operational tasks. He/she will be part of the local plant management and part of the global HR, while also taking the role of a people’s person who has curiosity to understand not only processes but employees at diverse level. Major tasks:

1. Provide business partnering for the management team to ensure the long-term business effectiveness;
2. Evaluate human relations and work-related problems and meet with leaders to determine effective resolutions, such as additional training, communication improvements, or disciplinary action;
3. Drive the hiring selection process through all stages to successful onboarding, ensure that each employee has an opportunity for career development and understands his/her growth opportunities and to grow the company’s intellectual capital;
4. Oversee the full scope of HR administration and legal compliance;
5. Drive the compensation and benefits processes for consistency, fairness, oversee the payroll process through an external service provider and secure the legal compliance;
6. Oversee the analysis, maintenance, and communication of records required by Hungarian Law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization, related to both HR and ESH;
7. Attend meetings of managers, supervisors to facilitate effective communication and ascertain problems that adversely affect employee morale and productivity.
8. Provide proactive and regular overview to Global HR Team to understand local issues.

Requirements:

1. Relevant Degree in HR, or related field;
2. 5+ years generalist HR experience in manufacturing environment;
3. Strong knowledge of Hungarian labour law;
4. Engineering recruitment skills with a “can do” attitude;
5. Fluency in English, native Hungarian;
6. Strategic approach and high level of ability for stakeholder management;
7. Must have excellent influencing skills, interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills;
8. Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
