Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Drive succession planning and career development programs.

Manpower Planning:
- Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs.
- Develop and execute effective staffing plans.

Budgeting:
- Oversee HR budget planning and management.
- Ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.

Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance management processes.
- Support managers in setting performance expectations and conducting appraisals.

Organizational Development (OD):
- Lead OD initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Design and implement change management strategies.

Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts.

Learning and Development:
- Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs.
- Promote continuous learning and professional development.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee compensation and benefits programs.
- Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.

HR Policies and Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
