Rate- £375 per day INSIDE IR35

ROLE:

My client has an urgent need for a HR Business Partner reporting to Head of Employee Relations & Reward .

You will act as a trusted strategic partner, supporting senior leadership teams across the Council, while working in partnership with HR colleagues .

Providing clear strategic HR advice on effective management approaches to change management, organisational design, employee engagement, and supporting the services in meeting their KPIs and delivering to the Corporate Plan and Priorities

You will also advise on Strategic and Operational Recruitment Activity, and provide strategic oversight of recruitment and succession planning across the council to key internal and external stakeholders

Working closely with the Head of Employee Relations & Reward you will help to deliver and implement new programmes and initiatives •

Work closely with the Head of Organisational Development to ensure that learning interventions are timely, relevant, supportive and utilise the best practice in HR and that Learning and Development plans and strategies reflect service and organisational priorities.
