About the Role
Antal is proud to partner with a leading software company in the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to cover a 15-month maternity leave. This is a standalone, high-impact position reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Executive Team.
About You
You’ll be a proactive, adaptable HR professional who enjoys working autonomously and making a measurable impact.
Essential:
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent experience)
- Senior HR generalist experience at Manager or Business Partner level
- Background in small to medium-sized organisations
- Proven ability to work independently and partner with senior leaders
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and contemporary HR practice
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercial awareness with a data-driven approach
- Highly organised, resilient and comfortable managing multiple priorities
