For a multinational manufacturing company with a niche product, we are seeking an HR Business Partner to support key operational functions, including IT, Quality, Program Management, and Global Services, in Israel and Bulgaria. The role ensures organizational alignment, operational effectiveness, and readiness to support business growth. In close collaboration with the senior leadership, the position contributes to the development and implementation of global HR practices, SOPs, and organizational development initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with operational leaders to develop and implement global operational strategies
- Ensure alignment between global HR processes and local regulatory and business requirements
- Drive consistency of operational practices across Israel and Bulgaria
- Collaborate closely with all business lines to enhance overall effectiveness
- Support the development and rollout of SOPs across operational and manufacturing functions
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and improve information flow across regions
- Advise on organizational and structural improvements to increase efficiency and scalability
- Conduct workforce planning and support resourcing for global and local operational needs
- Drive initiatives that promote operational excellence and employee engagement
- Manage recruitment, talent development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, employee welfare, performance management, and health & safety for operational teams
- Ensure accurate HRIS data and employee documentation
- Implement global HR programs and provide insights through HR data and analytics
- Lead and support change initiatives related to structural and operational transformations
- Support the adoption of new technologies, processes, and global HR practices
- Act as a trusted advisor on integrating local and global approaches while maintaining consistency
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven HR experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in an international environment
- Extensive experience in talent management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR administration, retention, and leading HR initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Israeli labour law
- Knowledge of Bulgarian labour law or Bulgarian language is an advantage
- Experience in a production/manufacturing environment is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to develop SOPs and drive operational excellence
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Proactive, positive, and hands-on attitude
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- University degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
