Sales Operations Specialist
Our client is an international technology company recognized for helping organizations improve their digital capabilities through innovative cloud solutions and expert services. As the business continues to expand, they are looking for talented professionals to join their growing team.
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the company's sales organization by managing operational processes throughout the customer lifecycle. You will act as a link between Sales, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Technical teams, ensuring that customer documentation, contracts, CRM data, and post-sale processes are handled accurately and efficiently.
Working in a cloud technology environment, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customer engagements by supporting commercial operations, improving internal workflows, and maintaining high standards of operational excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Support the sales team with preparation, coordination, and administration of customer documentation, proposals, and commercial agreements
Manage contract-related processes, including document preparation, review coordination, signature workflows, and record keeping
Collaborate with Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliance with internal procedures and commercial requirements
Maintain accurate CRM records throughout the customer lifecycle, from opportunity stage through active client management
Support customer onboarding processes by coordinating communication between Sales, technical teams, and customers
Ensure smooth transition of closed deals into operational delivery
Monitor sales processes, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to workflow optimization
Support reporting activities, sales pipeline accuracy, and operational performance tracking
Assist with partner and vendor-related administrative processes within the cloud technology ecosystem
Desired experience, skills and qualifications:
Previous experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Sales Administration, Contract Administration, or a similar role
Experience working in a technology, cloud services, SaaS, or IT solutions environment will be considered a strong advantage
Good understanding of business processes related to B2B sales and customer lifecycle management
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working with CRM systems and business productivity tools
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical departments
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
University degree or demonstrated professional experience
