HR COORDINATOR
Job brief:
We are looking for an HR Coordinator to oversee the organization’s HR processes, keeping the aims, aspirations and targets of the company to the forefront. Ensure that the company employs the right team in terms of experience and skill sets, while at the same time providing growth opportunities to employees seeking to develop a career path.
Responsabilities:
- Managing company staff, including coordinating and supporting the recruitment process;
- Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, and performance review;
- Developing adequate induction and training;
- Onboarding newcomers to the company;
- Training and development for the company staff, providing the Employee Personal Development Plan (PDP);
- Determining suitable salaries and remuneration;
- Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements;
- Prepare budgets and targets for the H.R. operation;
- Manage the company disciplinary procedures;
- Design and implement company policies and procedures;
- Set out company hiring goals and objectives;
- Assisting with the performance management and yearly performance review;
- Advising management team on HR issues and changes to employment law;
- Managing succession planning of the staff;
- Develop and keep current the Employee Company Handbook.
Skills and requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related fields;
- Minimum 5 years’ post graduate experience in similar role;
- Excellent level of English, both written and spoken;
- Experience with Human Resources metrics;
- Ability to build and manage relationships at all levels of the business;
- In-depth knowledge of employment law;
- Knowledge of HR systems;
- Excellent communications and leadership skills;
- Strong influencing and negotiating skills;
- People oriented and results driven;
- Good organizational skills;
- Numerical and budgeting skills;
- MS Office skills.
