Our client is a group holding entity based in Abu Dhabi, looking to add an HR Director for their team. 

The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organizations mission and talent strategy.

• Plans, leads, develops, coordinates, and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organizations human resource compliance and strategy needs.

• Develop a culture that enhances employee experience

• Collaborates with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention.

• Develop detailed business plans to drive small or radical changes

• Identify trends within specific markets and analyse a business's competitors by gathering data.

• Recommending changes in organizational structure or culture to achieve strategic goals.

• Developing and implementing plans for new products, services, technology,

• Assess needs/coachability and Coach Human Resources employees on routine basis.

• Identify ways to develop a high-performance workforce culture in Human Resources department.

 • Conducting training sessions to teach employees how to apply new strategies or procedures in their jobs

• Design a development program for the Human Resources team to prepare them for the future of the department by enhancing their knowledge and experience.
