Our client, an international FMCG company, is seeking an HR Director based in Almaty.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing an HR strategy that aligns with business goals;
• Creating an effective talent management system, including recruitment, onboarding, evaluation, development, and retention of personnel.
• Developing and implementing employee motivation and reward programs.
• Shaping a corporate culture that promotes high performance.
• Managing the HR department budget.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.
• Resolving labor disputes and conflicts.
• Advising management on personnel management issues.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in human resource management.
• Experience in manufacturing companies.
• Experience in international FMCG companies.
• English language proficiency at or above upper intermediate level.
