Purpose of the role- An experienced HR Director who ensures all HR Operations are carried smoothly and effectively. Will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects

Job description

• Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations
• Proven work experience as a Senior HR Manager or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and ATS)
• Solid understanding of labour legislation
• Excellent communication abilities
• Leadership skills
• Ability to foster healthy employee relations
• Manage the HR function, handling all polices & procedures for KSA, employee services and compliance with Saudi employment law
• Handle all strategic projects pertaining to the organization
• Lead a team of professionals in the HR function
• Implement and maintain policies and procedures including a performance appraisal system and salary grading
• Member of the senior leadership team, drive changes and decisions
• Responsible for all employee services
