Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Director to lead and manage all aspects of their human resources functions in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, particularly in the real estate sector, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's HR strategy to support its growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the company.
- Lead the HR function in areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and organizational development
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Oversee the recruitment process, including the management of recruitment vendors, to ensure the timely and cost-effective hiring of top talent.
- Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to streamline the recruitment process.
Vendor Management:
- Manage the recruitment vendor process, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring of recruitment agencies and service providers.
- Ensure that all vendors comply with company policies and deliver quality services within the agreed terms
Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and managing employee relations effectively.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies in all HR activities.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure that employees' goals align with company objectives.
- Guide managers in setting performance standards and conducting regular performance appraisals.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct regular market analysis to ensure that the company’s compensation offerings are competitive.
Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure that the company’s HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Regularly review and update HR policies to reflect changes in the legal and business environment.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure the effective delivery of HR services.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the HR department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proven experience in managing the recruitment vendor process.
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
