Responsibilities:
Plans, organizes and directs all HR activities in the factory;
This includes: Documents processing (HR service center), Recruitment, Compensations & Benefits, Training, Talent development and Succession planning, Reporting and analysis, Administration;
Ensures a comprehensive compensation plan is in place to hire, and retain employees, consistent with Company guidelines;
Directs all activities of training to ensure staff is adequately trained to meet staffing requirements.
Participates in recruitment, hiring, and moves of personnel, making appropriate recommendations to senior management;
Accountable for budgets associated with Human Resources in the factory and ensures that budgetary controls are maintained and that spending authority is granted in accordance with Company policies and standards;
Responsible for Talent development and Succession management in the factory, ensures all related processes are on place and are transparent;
Drives continuous improvement in the processes within the area of responsibility, as well as other functions processes.Requirement:
Higher University degree;
At least 5 years of managerial experience in HR in production companies;
Experience in HR in production company will be plus;
Practical experience in Compensation & Benefits, labor budgeting;
Excellent presentation skills.
