Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the HR function across all subsidiaries within the holding structure
- Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth and expansion
- Ensure consistency and standardization of HR policies and practices
- Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives
- Oversee HR compliance, governance, and risk management
- Manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning processes
- Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives
- Build strong relationships with leadership teams and key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Master’s degree (MBA / HR specialization) is highly preferred
- Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage
- 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership role
- Experience working within holding companies, conglomerates, or multi-business environments
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation
- Strong exposure to diverse industries (e.g., FMCG, retail, services, industrial) is preferred
