Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR function across all subsidiaries within the holding structure
• Develop and execute HR strategies to support business growth and expansion
• Ensure consistency and standardization of HR policies and practices
• Drive talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives
• Oversee HR compliance, governance, and risk management
• Manage compensation, benefits, and workforce planning processes
• Support organizational transformation and change management initiatives
• Build strong relationships with leadership teams and key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree (MBA / HR specialization) is highly preferred
• Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage
• 12–15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership role
• Experience working within holding companies, conglomerates, or multi-business environments
• Proven track record in strategic HR leadership and organizational transformation
• Strong exposure to diverse industries (e.g., FMCG, retail, services, industrial) is preferred
