Our client- a dynamic start-up with a fast-growing online platform is looking for an HR Director in Almaty.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies that reflect company goals, mission, and values.
Oversee recruitment processes, work with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent, and design efficient onboarding practices.
Drive initiatives that promote an inclusive, engaging, and dynamic workplace culture.
Lead performance management, career growth, and training programs to support employee development
 Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Manage compensation plans, benefits programs, and performance incentives.
 Work closely with the executive team to support growth, adapt HR functions to evolving needs, and maintain a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as an HR Director or in a senior HR role, ideally within a start-up or tech company.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead multiple HR functions simultaneously.
