Key tasks:
- Development of personnel management strategy, implementation of HR policies.
- Formation and effective management of the HR department.
- Integration of working principles of corporate culture into company business processes and organization of a comfortable environment for employees.
- Recruitment and adaptation of personnel.
- Implementation of modern goal-setting and performance evaluation systems for personnel.
- Establishment of a talent pipeline (HIPO), implementation of assessments.
- Implementation of employee training and development systems.
- Development and enhancement of HR process automation.
- Development of the corporate portal.
- Development of Business Partnership.
- Formation and Management of the HR Budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in personnel management, preferably in large international companies, with a background in the financial sector being welcomed.
- At least 5 years of experience in an HRD position.
- Experience in building, implementing, managing, and applying modern methodologies across all HR business processes.
- Higher education with an international background.
- Understanding of the stock market.
- Basic knowledge of English and Kazakh languages.
- Knowledge and experience working with labor legislation of MFSA.
- Experience in business process automation.
- Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and persuasion skills.
- Additional education/certification in coaching, personnel assessment, facilitation is welcomed.
