We are looking for Arabic speakers coming from Group companies, having experience in handling employee relations, payroll management, payroll, onbaording & offboarding, JD prepartion. 

Candidate must have experience (ateast 8+ years) in the HR field based in Dubai. Due to large volume of applications only relevant profiles will be contacted. 

Functional Responsibilities:

1. Maintain knowledge of the group policies and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and/or other general HR topics.
2. Establish and maintain personnel files in accordance with local labour laws and prepare paperwork required to place employees on payroll.
3. Monitor and process documentation required for visa applications and renewals, tickets reimbursement as required.
4. Contribute to the HR budget and manpower plan preparation
5. Update the company organization structure on annual basis & Prepare recruitment requisitions for new openings and replacements.
6. Update the company job descriptions whenever is required.
7. Monitor & follow up employee’s benefits. Calculate & ensure the monthly submission of general pension contribution for local & GCC employees
8. Responsible for the onboarding of the new joiners, ensuring that the new joiners have gone through a proper induction.
9. Responsible for the offboarding of the employees.
10. Administer the performance management cycle and ensure implementation in a timely manner.
11. Prepare salary reconciliation sheet, Generate payroll leave management.
