Roles and Responsibilities : -

Responsible for creating new onboarding plans and educating newly Hired employees about the rights.

Run the daily function of Human Resource Function including Interviewing Staff, administering Pay, Benefits, and leave.

Should meet business needs by effectively managing the employee lifecycle.

Must have the knowledge of Employee Engagement and hiring process.

Maintain the Employee relations and should have a problem-solving skill.

Supporting Leadership in people management decision making.

Leveraging people analytics and reporting techniques.

Handling and supporting additional projects as needed.

Assisting in the recruiting process and the interaction and retention of key talent.
