Job Description
Our client is a global brand for the connected home, currently we are looking for a HR Generalist, who can act as the first point of contact for all HR matters including first line advice as well as guidance on policy, processes, and procedures. Working place is Amsterdam, HQ of Europe Team.
Key Responsibility
- Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Oversee recruitment process for assigned areas, which includes sourcing, interviewing candidates,etc.
- Advise management and employees on interpretation of policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Handling all new hire onboarding, training, termination processes and documentation.
- Support global mobility, arrange work and residence permits and settlement.
- Assisting with the execution of the Performance Management.
- Prepare the monthly payroll process, partnering with the External Payroll Vendor.
- Conduct employee and management training;
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks within the company.
- Assist in other ad-hoc job projects as assigned.
Your Profile
- Degree in Human Resources of a related relevant field.
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- Understanding of the Dutch Labor law and regulations and knowledge of HR procedures and policies is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbally. Fluent in English and Mandarin. Plus Dutch would be of added advantage.
- Detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize daily tasks.
- Ability to cope in a fast, dynamic environment in a calm and professional manner.
- Flexible to work in different roles as needed.
