We are looking for a passionate HR specialist to join our client’s team. Our client is a dynamic global company, recognized as a leader in the market for customized material handling solutions. The company runs its operations in Romania through the branch located in Cluj County.
HR Generalist
Location: Cluj-Napoca Metropolitan Area
Industry: Industrial Production – Metal Fabrication
What Will You Do?
As an HR Generalist, you will play a central role in managing human resources processes and supporting our client’s team. Your main responsibilities will include:
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Planning and implementing recruitment strategies to attract the right candidates;
- Drafting and publishing job advertisements;
- Organizing interviews and managing the selection process;
- Coordinating the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration of new hires into the team.
Human Resources Administration
- Managing personnel documentation: employment contracts, job descriptions, and additional agreements;
- Monitoring and reporting compliance with labor laws;
- Managing attendance records and other operational HR documents related to payroll;
- Maintaining relationships with public institutions and ensuring legal compliance (ITM, Revisal, etc.).
Organizational Development
- Implementing and coordinating employee training and development programs;
- Monitoring employee performance and assisting managers in implementing development plans;
- Developing and applying internal policies and company regulations.
Employee Relations
- Managing and resolving workplace conflicts, guiding employees and managers;
- Conducting employee satisfaction surveys and proposing solutions to improve engagement;
- Organizing internal events and initiatives to strengthen the team spirit.
The Ideal Candidate
- Relevant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role (preferably in an industrial environment);
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., Revisal);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Advanced English skills (written and spoken) – mandatory.
