Job Description
HR Generalist
The ideal candidate enjoys working with blue collar workers being the bridge between them and the management.
Main responsibilities:
- Participating in all local HR related projects, including their implementation and maintenance, such as performance management, compensation, training etc.
- Provide monthly data for the regular payroll process and manage outsourced partner
- Managing the hiring process and administering the onboarding and offboarding process of new joiners and employees
- Maintaining employee personnel files and labor documentation both electronically and on paper. Manage occupational health assessments.
- Contribute to health and safety compliance through professional Workwear management
- Building and maintaining good relationship with colleagues and managers
- Some ad hoc administrational and office management task as discussed
Required skills:
- Completed Bachelor/Master studies with a focus on Human Resources
- At least 2 years of profound experience in HR related role
- Self-starting attitude and ability to work independently
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and prioritize the right things at the right time
- Sound knowledge of Hungarian labour law and payroll related regulations
- Excellent communication skills and good negotiation skills
