Our client is a startup company that helps organizations detect, assess, and cut the conflicting access rights and unnecessary high privileges of employees. The growing team in Budapest has a good mixture of work experience, innovative thinking, and thirst for new knowledge to create something new in IT security. It is time now to use the expertise of the HR before international expansion.
Major tasks:
- Consider staffing logistics and take responsibility for recruiting IT staff for the organisation;
- Contribute to personal and professional development of the organisation’s personnel, which involves employee orientation, development and training;
- Maintain HR policy development and documentation inline with the company’s corporate vision;
- Administer compensation and benefit plans;
- Conducting employee onboarding and outplacement;
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace;
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Relevant qualifications related to human resources;
- Previous experience in IT recruitment and/or in similar HR related role;
- Excellent communication skills to deal with employees on every level;
- Understand the legalities of business law in relation to HR and employee employment rights and how to apply them within day-to-day work, company policy documentation;
- Fluent English, native Hungarian;
- Computer literacy.
