Responsibility:
Recruitment, arrangement of recruitment using a variety of search sources;
HR records management in full volume;
Arrangement of interviews, participating in the selection of candidates;
Maintaining of CV database;
Control of timely processing of admission, transfer and dismissal of employees under labor legislation;
Coordination of orders on personnel, vacations, formation of staff schedule, development of forms of internal personnel documents;
Control of record keeping of the personnel documentation;
Execution of insurance policies of compulsory health insurance for employees and policies for traveling abroad;
Staff training and development.
Requirements:
Experience in HR department more than 3 years;
Knowledge of labor laws, legislative and regulatory acts;
Knowledge of HR records keeping;
Knowledge of English at intermediate level.
