Responsibilities

• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
• Maintain knowledge of the group policies and respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits and/or other general HR topics
• Establish and maintain personnel files in accordance with local labour laws and prepare paperwork required to place employees on payroll.
• Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
• Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and non-taxable wages and reporting on this.
• Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures
• Monitor and process documentation required for visa applications and renewals, tickets reimbursement as required.
• Contribute to the HR budget and manpower plan preparation
• Update the company organization structure on annual basis & Prepare recruitment requisitions for new openings and replacements.
• Update the company job descriptions whenever is required.
• Monitor & follow up employee’s benefits. Calculate & ensure the monthly submission of general pension contribution for local & GCC employees
• Responsible for the onboarding of the new joiners, ensuring that the new joiners have gone through a proper induction.
• Responsible for the offboarding of the employees.
• Administer the performance management cycle and ensure implementation in a timely manner.
• Prepare salary reconciliation sheet, Generate payroll leave management.
• Provide guidance and support to the employees with regards to the HR policies and procedures, handling employee relations matters and responding to the employees in a timely manner.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives

Minimum Qualification & Experience

• Bachelors Degree relevance in HR/Accounting
• 5-7 years of Payroll and Generalist experience working in UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and English
