Our client is a global construction consultant company, with global headquarter in China and European headquarter in Spain. Currently we are looking for an HR generalist with fluent Chinese for HR team and working place is Madrid, Spain.

Duties

• Implement existing, corporate, client group HR policies and regulations in the company, and to execute HR activities.
• Operates and thinks within defined HR policies and broad managerial direction.
• High complexity of HR activities within 1 or more specific HR areas, such as recruitment, training, labour risk, employee relation, compensation and benefit, etc.
• Acts within set HR objectivise and guidelines. Freedom to act through experience and insight.
• Contributory impact on the results of the client group organization. Results are impacted by high proficiency and understanding of HR processes and instruments.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in social sciences, business, HR, law or economics. 
• 2-5 years’ experience as a generalist within the HR work field.
• Basic knowledge: labour law, processes and HR policies.
• Advanced knowledge: project management, cultural management, Databases, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Execute HR activities within HR under supervision of a higher level.
• Interaction with other department is critical to the role and is concerned with changing behaviour and creation of the right business climate.
