HR-Global Mobility Manager

Our client is an innovative, global software company that provides advanced Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solutions to business customers worldwide including Airbus, Audi, GE, GM, Honda, Kawasaki, Mitsubishi and more. They are growing fast, and are looking for a talented and motivated HR-Global Mobility Manager for their new Krakow office.

You will manage the relocation of employees from other locations to Poland and be responsible for day to day HR operations. This position reports to the General Manager of the Development Centers in Eastern Europe and works closely with corporate HR in the U.S.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate the preparation of documents for Polish visas, work and residence permits - initial application, renewal, maintenance of status
Prepare documents for Polish visas, work and residence permits
Prepare relocation logistics for employees and their family members
Provide assistance to employees and their families as they acclimate to Poland
Act as the primary service contact for managers, recruiters and employees throughout the relocation process
Identify and resolve onboarding and offboarding issues and ensure that the relocation process is seamless
Support company wide HR programs and initiatives
Prepare employee contracts and other documents related to employment process
Communicate corporate policies to employees and ensure compliance

Requirements:

5+ years of work experience in HR and Global Mobility.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent
Excellent written and verbal command of English
In depth understanding of Polish employment practices
Ability to negotiate and effectively solve problems

Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and display initiative
Organized and flexible
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge of Russian is a plus
