WHO are we looking for:

You are an HR Professional with a minimum of 15 years and a maximum of 20 years TOTAL experience

You have at least 10-12 years of experience within the HR function, ideally in generalist capacities

Your experience MUST cover OD, Training, C&B, Talent Management, Performance management and HR business partnership. Recruitment is nice to have but not core in this role

Your managerial experience is at least 7 years

You MUST be coming from a multinational background

Technology/ e-commerce experience is a MASSIVE advantage

You are a Go-Getter who is willing to roll her sleeves up, get her hands dirty and lead from the front

You are excited about working as a sole contributor or building an HR team from scratch

In the same time you are capable of setting strategies and manage various stakeholders both in Egypt and across EMEA region
