For a  5*L Hotel based in Capri, we are looking for a Hr manager. The candidate will oversee the entire HR function, coordinating two resources and reporting directly to the General Manager. 

The Hr manager will be responsible for: 

• Management and oversight of the HR function, in line with the directives of the General Manager
• Management of all contractual and regulatory aspects
• Preparation of forecast/budget relating to the company population
• Organizational requirement planning
• Management of the entire recruiting process
• Company climate surveys
• Evaluation of the performance of the corporate population
• Identification of training and development needs (soft and specialist skills)
• Management of training courses and training

Requirements: 

• At least three years of experience in the role 
• Experience in the luxury hospitality business 
• Fluent english (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of the labor law (hospitality business) 
• Proactivity, strategic mind - set, resistance to stress
