The Company:
Our client is an international company that operates in the automotive industry. The company has an office and service center in the lower part of Almaty so candidates from that region would be preferrable.
The Position:
Reporting into the General manager your main tasks will be supporting and developing the business through people. Giving support to the senior management team for all HR and Internal communication related matters. This position does not have any direct reports and will in a matrix organisation also report to the regional HR manager based in Europe.
- Cover all HR related matters arising from introducing the company's strategy
- Support the organisation with on time and qualitive HR support
- Oversee all main HR functions - T&D, Talent Aquisition and Comp and Ben
- Close cooperation with HR at HQ
- Compliance to all local and international HR related regulations
- Create a trustful relationship with colleagues in order to assist in their career development
- Management of all HR related providers
- Effective Internal Communication
The Person

Being a strong communicator and listener you will be able to win the hearts of our staff and help them to allign with the development plans of the organisation. You will be able to implement tough decisions as well as find solitions for improving the work life balance and engagement rates of the staff. As you will be working in a matrix organisation you have to speak English at a good level. You will be able to deal at all levels of the organisation from service engineer to expat VP.
We are looking for someone who has at least 3-5 year experience in a HR environment and is ready to work for a B2B organisation which is not situated in a city center office environment.
