Responsibilities:

• Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization's human resource and talent strategy, particularly regarding current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and change management.
• Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; 
• Manages the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles;
• Implementing and developing HR processes.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and resolves problems.
• Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.

Requierments:

• At least 4 years experience in HR and/or administrative field in IT/Software company;
• University degree required (related field would be a plus);
• Knowledge of HR processes, practices, and principles;
• Fluent in English;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization;
• Prior experience in a multinational environment;
• Prior exposure in a very dynamic company (exposure in an IT company)
