Job Description
Recruitment:
- Collaborate with department heads to forecast talent needs based on product roadmaps, client deliverables, and growth plan
- Plan & Lead end-to-end hiring across IT Products & Services business lines.
- Build strong talent pipelines for niche and technology-specific roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and selection criteria.
- Ensure seamless onboarding and smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
- Track and report hiring metrics, ensuring timely and quality closures.
- Conduct ongoing market research and competitor benchmarking on salaries, benefits, and hiring practices.
HR Business Partnering:
- Work closely with business teams to understand workforce needs and align HR initiatives.
- Support performance management, talent reviews, and employee development plans.
- Facilitate employee engagement, retention, and grievance redressal.
- Partner with managers to drive people-related decisions and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR CoEs (L&D, Compensation, Policies) for program execution.
