HR Manager - Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR partner to CEO & leadership
• Influence and align strong HODs
• Own PMS end-to-end
• Drive retention, succession & leadership conversations
• Strengthen reward & compensation philosophy
• Support audits, payroll & compliance with Finance
• Evaluate and enhance HRMS / ERP usage

• Success Metrics (12–18 months)

• Improved leadership alignment 
• Effective PMS conversations
• Reduced people escalations
• HR seen as strategic partner

• Ideal Experience

• 10–15 years HR experience 
• Exposure to structured environments
• Experience working with founders / CXOs
