HR Manager - Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR partner to CEO & leadership
- Influence and align strong HODs
- Own PMS end-to-end
- Drive retention, succession & leadership conversations
- Strengthen reward & compensation philosophy
- Support audits, payroll & compliance with Finance
- Evaluate and enhance HRMS / ERP usage

- 10–15 years HR experience
- Exposure to structured environments
