Job Description
The main mission will be to create and develop the HR department according to the Quality indicators set by the European headquarters
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Advising managers and management with regard to personnel related and organizational topics
- Advice and inform employees concerning personnel related topics
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems concerning Human Resources.
- Supporting activities with regard to the recruitment of personnel
- Draft employee contracts, addendums and agreements and inform stakeholders.
- Preparing all employee related forms/documents.
- Provide an appropriate onboarding plan
- Prepare performance and talent review process and being a business partner for managers
- Absence registration including sick leave, supporting managers in frequently ill conversations.
- Inform Payroll about Payroll related changes and maintain HR information system.
- Responsible for creating and maintaining HR analytics and metrics and translation to HR policies.
- Creating and maintaining digital employee files in HR systems.
- Keeping track of actual social laws, rules and regulations. that apply to the HR department, both national and international
- Organizing education/training, maintaining the database and making use of subsidy refunds through OOM.
Job requirements:
- A HR related Bachelor /Master degree or equivalent with five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations related to labor laws.
- High level of English. Minimum B2. Spoken and written.
- Ability to listen to and understand employee related issues. Ability to interfere and reference
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
