Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Set objectives to the HR team and tracking progress
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Suggest and support development to the recruitment process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain compensation plan and benefits program
• Planning career paths with management and tracking progress
• Assess trainings needed and organize development programs
• Report and provide, to the management, decision support through HR metrics (e.g., cost per hire and turnover rates)
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Review and planning departmental budgets
