Role will include:

• Developing and implementing the company’s HR structure;
• Managing the performance evaluation process;
• Managing C&b.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as an HR Manager;
• Knowledge of HR structuring, performance evaluation, and compensation and benefits systems;
• Ability to develop and implement HR processes and strategies;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Experience working with large teams and in dynamic environments.

Working conditions

• This position is full time regular job and is supposed to 8.30 – 17.30 pm;
• Work location is Almaty city and can have business trip if necessary;
• The organization structure may change depending on the growth of the company, and the position and duties may rise accordingly.
