1.  Policy Implementation: Implement policies like employee handbook, SOP, KRA, etc.  
2. Recruitment: For mid and junior level recruitments, this person should have experience of understanding the requirements of the vacant role and likewise get resumes matching the role. 
3. Training need identification: Effectively identify training need like technical or behavioral or English fluency etc. and likewise plan trainings for all levels of management.
