Job Description
- Implement company policies at plant.
- Ensure Selection and Recruitment of Operating employees.
- Maintenance of Discipline in the company.
- Up gradation of Plant HR processes.
- Implementation of HR processes at shop floor.
- Prepare training plan and execution of the same.
- Coordinate recruitment of staff employees, MT & GET as per vacancies for all plants.
- Preparation of JDs & update Organization chart as per vacancy list.
- Conduct telephonic interviews to all levels.
- Salary negotiation of new hires & offer letter release.
- Keeping track of confirmations due dates & issuing of confirmation letters.
- Issue appointment letters to all newly joined staff employees.
- Comply liaising with various Government Authorities.
- Monitor statutory compliance as per various laws.
- Monitor completion of Civil work at plant.
- Ensure effectiveness of Security services and Safety in the factory.
- Ensure activities as per activity chart for employee engagement.
- Monitor operating employees Trainings OJT etc.
- Monitor plant employee’s grievance.
- Implementation of cost improvement projects.
- MIS preparation.
- Admin, Wage & Salary Budget Management.
- Improvise maintenance operations to save on costs and work time.
