Our client, an MNC is looking to hire an HR Manager based in RAK- UAE. The incumbent should have an experience of Managing full HR functions for GCC & Africa region. To expedite share CV at [email protected]
Your responsibilities
- Operate as a responsible and credible HR Manager in support of the business unit.
- Develop strong relationships with internal clients.
- Be a trusted advisor to the business with strong commercial awareness.
- Maintain internal databases, ensuring integrity of data.
- Together with Finance, ensure absolute integrity and confidentiality of payroll information.
- Support internal and external HR-related systems, ensuring total compliance with local legislation and practices.
- Act as guardian of all local employee benefit programs, to include housing/travel/education allowances etc.
- Adhere to all corporate and business unit HR programs, including budget and merit planning processes, incentive plans, engagement programs and award processes.
- Support reporting requirements as necessary, in line with BU and corporate needs.
- Liaise with managers to resolve employee relations issues.
- Provide advice on labour code issues.
- Support managers in the performance management process and identify candidates for promotion/corrective action.
- Support managers in identifying successors, provide input to creating individual development plans and career paths planning where appropriate.
- Run and coordinate recruitment processes, monitoring hiring approvals and maintaining relevant databases.
- Conduct presentations/workshops on HR related matters to ensure all managers are familiar with the Company’s approach to performance management process and other processes and projects.
- Together with managers, act on I-Engage survey results and drive changes to ensure maximum employee engagement.
- Liaise with other HR specialist / expert functions in order to provide effective HR solutions to people issues.
Our requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical, organizational and project management skills
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent Microsoft skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- 8-10 years of experience
