Main responsibilities:
• translate business plans and strategies into aligned HR plans and actions;
• ensure that all HR processes operate at a high level of quality and effectiveness;
• provide support and guidance to managers in HR processes, policies and practices including training and competence development;
• develop and drive the Marketing and Communications plan for the region;
• plan and execute Marketing & Communications Events;
• be an active ambassador of our values and company culture;
• motivate and engage our employees to progress and develop.
Qualifications:
• University degree in appropriate academic qualification or equivalent experience;
• Minimum of 3-5 years HR related activities experience;
• Very good knowledge of country specific labour law;
• High level of integrity and credibility;
• Conflict resolution skills and a team player;
• Understanding of interpersonal relationships and organizational behaviour;
• Coaching skills and ability to build relationships and networks;
• Strong communicator with good English command, verbal and written.
