We are looking to hire for the position of HR Manager Operations for Pune location. The person should be carrying minimum 6 years of experience. Proficiency in Excel is mandatory. The incumbent will be responsible to handle entire employee lifecycle right from onboarding to exit formalities.
Responsibilities:
- Handeling Payroll, Periodic MIS, FLC Data maintenance.
- Strong working knowledge of Employee Benefits / Welfare (GTI, GPAP, Gratuity, GMC & ESIC).
- Handling internal and external audits with compliance. Strong understanding of statutory laws & complince required.
- In depth knowledge of general HR policies & procedures & relevant local regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced) & PowerPoint.
