• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 5-8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and execution of HR initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Preferred Skills:

• Spanish and English fluently speaker, Chinese is a plus
• Experience in retail.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
