As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal regulations and industry best practices.
- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Oversee employee on boarding, orientation, and training programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues.
- Conduct performance management and employee evaluation processes.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Administer benefits and compensation programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in a law firm or legal environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
