Position Title: Real Estate HR Manager
Position Overview: Our real estate company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to manage human resource activities and oversee the daily office administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development as well as overseeing daily office activities such as facility management, procurement, and travel arrangements.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage recruitment activities including resume screening, interviewing and selection of candidates
• Coordinate onboarding and induction orientation for new hires
• Manage employee relations including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions and workplace investigations
• Develop and oversee employee training and development programs
• Implement performance review process and provide performance feedback to employees, create performance goals and objectives with employees
• Act as primary contact point for employee inquiries and concerns
• Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the office and all its departments (procurement, facility management, and travel arrangements)
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely service delivery and negotiate contracts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files
• Maintain and manage employee timekeeping, absence and leave management systems
• Develop and manage HR budget and Office Administration cost
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resource Management with proven experience in Office Management and Administration experience, prior real estate industry experience will be a plus
• Excellent knowledge of Labor Law and HR best practices in the UAE
• Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and be proactive
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
