Scope and Purpose:
- To plan and administer policies related to all aspects of Human Resources activities.
- To represent, help, advice and consult with the employees, while keeping the overall best interests of the company in mind.
- To handle employee relations, separations, contracts, performance reviews and benefits.
- Align with the strategic directions to plan and implement talent needs for people & organizational development.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:
- Recruitment (e.g. procedures, forms, contract etc.)
- HR Administration
- Developing and implementing HR & Administration policies, procedures and workflows.
- Creating Job descriptions.
- Creating an Employee Handbook / Orientation Handbook for new team members
- Creating and maintaining Employee records / HR Database
- Implementing and improving HRIS
- Preparation and maintenance of monthly payrolls in order that employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Establishing a compensation and benefits structure.
- Conducting Orientation for new employees
- Ensuring effective communication across the company
- Establishing a Performance Management System that recognizes and rewards achievements.
- Establishing and administering Insurances such as Medical, Group life and Workmen Compensation.
- Establishing Learning & Development programs
- Organizing Team Building and Social activities.
Job Requirements:
- Degree from a recognized University with specialization in Human resources
- 5-7 years’ experience in the relevant field in a large organization in Saudi Arabia
- Written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Effective Communicator with integrity, approachability and decision making skills
