The HR Operations & TA Manager will lead activities related to an employee life-cycle including employee onboarding, development, performance management, or engagement.
Years of Experience - 8 - 10 yrs
- Responsible for the hiring plans for the organization.
- Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
- Oversee the payroll and performance evaluation systems
- Design company policies and procedures
- Managing the workflow deputed outside of India
- Taking care of the contract vendors
- Review and update the employment contracts and agreements
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
- Put in place an employee exit process
