The HR Operations & TA Manager will lead activities related to an employee life-cycle including employee onboarding, development, performance management, or engagement.

Years of Experience - 8 - 10 yrs

• Responsible for the hiring plans for the organization.
• Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
• Oversee the payroll and performance evaluation systems
• Design company policies and procedures
• Managing the workflow deputed outside of India
• Taking care of the contract vendors
• Review and update the employment contracts and agreements
• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives
• Put in place an employee exit process
