Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operational functions, encompassing onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, benefits administration, payroll preparation and processing, and HRIS maintenance as per standard protocols. Establish, maintain, and communicate HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Craft and implement a comprehensive onboarding program tailored to individual roles and bands across the Group and plant locations
- Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure fair and competitive salaries, encompassing payroll, incentive plans, salary structures, and executive compensation, with a focus on internal and external benchmarking.
- Spearhead the annual merit pay process and manage HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integration of new modules.
- Conduct HR analytics and generate reports on employee data, including new joiners, attrition, and segment-wise analysis
- Manage payroll data, compliance, and outsourcing models, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax and investment regulations.
- Maintain meticulous records for all employees and oversee processes related to appraisals, bonuses, promotions, contractors, vendors, interns, and exits.
- Administer leaves, holidays, benefits, reimbursements, and insurance.
- Prepare all employee lifecycle documents, ensuring compliance and legal vetting.
- Ensure 100% compliance with internal and external audit requirements throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Handle exit and offboarding procedures, including full and final settlements
- Continuously optimize HR processes for efficiency and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Stay abreast of labor laws and regulations, managing statutory compliance for the Group's Head Office.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate Employee Wellness Programs and Employee Assistance Programs.
Requirement
- 12+ years in HR Ops and at least 2-3 years in leading the HR Ops function.
- Should have exposure in setting up HR policies and related standard work
- Should have extensive experience in managing payroll & benefits, including outsourced payroll.
- Should have managed HR ops for an organization with multiple locations.
- Hands-on working with HRIS
