Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Recruiter to join our client's team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and recruiting qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment and possess a solid understanding of the recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions and specifications
- Source potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications on selected candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Assist in the negotiation and preparation of job offers
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future job openings
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-4 years of experience in HR recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidates and assess their qualifications
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
