Job Title: HR Recruiter – Entry Level

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Recruiter. This entry-level position is designed for candidates with little or no prior experience in recruitment. Comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the skills necessary to effectively support our talent acquisition and HR operations. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job vacancies on job boards, company website, and social media platforms. Support the recruitment team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, communicate with candidates professionally, and provide timely updates to hiring managers.
Candidate Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment progress, and ensure accurate records of all interactions.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the HR team in onboarding new employees, preparing documentation, and facilitating orientation processes.
HR Administration: Learn and assist in HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Training & Development: Participate in structured training sessions to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, interviewing techniques, HR policies, and talent management best practices.
Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to enhance recruitment processes and contribute innovative ideas to the HR team.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and confident demeanor when interacting with candidates and team members.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with online platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Fresh graduates or candidates seeking to begin a career in HR are encouraged to apply.
- No prior recruitment experience required; full training will be provided.
